Biases against the sender’s opinions that prevent a listener from understanding.

A specialized vocabulary used by members of a particular group.
Process
A particular course of action intended to achieve a result.
Respond
To reply or show a response or a reaction to something.
Explain the role of listening in communication.
When listening in communication it allows for better business. When you listen in the workforce you will understand better, and it makes it more enjoyable to talk to someone.

Having an awareness of cultural differences will help in the understanding of vocal cues.
