Stimulants

Nicotine, Cocaine, Meth, and Ecstasy. Speeds up bodily functions, heart rate breathing etc. Blocks reuptake

Hallucinogens

LSD and Marijuana. distorts perceptions.

Agonist

Mimics neurotransmitter. Ex. a stimulant fro Dopamine would be ACh or norepinephrine

Antagonist

Blocks sites. Ex. An antagonist for dopamine may help schizophrenia.
