Session: A "pointer" to the files
WaveCache: graphic representation of audio files.
Audio: Where all audio files are stored.
Rendered: Temp storage.
Back up: Safety copies.
Do you need a numeric keyboard to nudge?
No you do not.
Describe what the edit window looks like.
You will see horizontal strips labeled, Vocals, SFX, and Strings.
Describe what the mix window looks like.
You will see an instrument, inserts A-E, Sends A-E, Meters and Faders, I/O
Track Color, and comments.
Describe what the transport window looks like.
You will see Online, Return to Zero, Rewind, Fast Forward, Go to End, Stop, Play, Record Enable, Pre-roll, Post-roll, and Fade-in. You will also see Start, End, and Length for your timeline.
Describe the following menus file, view, setup, options, window.
File: It allows you to open close, save, import or export sessions.
View: Allows you to show or hide and aspect of a window.
Setup: Configures how things will behave.
Options: Helps turn things on, off, enable, or disable.
