Our project
FCCLA stands for family, career and community leaders of America
We focused on highlighting the community aspect of FCCLA by engaging with those around us and sharing the opportunities the organization offers. Through communication and outreach, we built connections, made new friendships, and created a supportive, close-knit community. This approach helped raise awareness of FCCLA and encouraged new members to join, strengthening the organization.

Why we chose this project path
We chose to build and strengthen FCCLA through community because it's the very thing that brought us here. FCCLA has not only helped others build meaningful friendships but also strengthened our own, creating a lifelong bond. Through this experience, we saw the power of connection and community within FCCLA and wanted to give others the same opportunity to form lasting friendships and feel a true sense of belonging.

The efficiency of our project
Our approach grew FCCLA membership by focusing on community, connection, and communication. We engaged with others through presentations, events, and conversations, sharing the life experiences and opportunities FCCLA offers. By showcasing how it builds leadership skills and fosters lasting friendships, we made FCCLA approachable and relatable. This created a welcoming environment that attracted new members, strengthened relationships, and built a close-knit community, helping the organization grow and thrive.
