According to The National Institute of Health, your body can survive weeks with no food, and days without water, but your brain will die within minutes of not having oxygen. This means that every single action you take in your daily life is only possible through breathing. So why not excel at it??

- Today I’m going to teach you how to Box Breathe

- It is a breathing technique that I use before every soccer game I play in. I originally learned from the Xavier Men’s soccer head coach which is also used by many professional athletes.

Now I'm going to teach you all how to do box breathing. First you will breath in for 5 seconds, you will then hold you breath for another 5 seconds. After that you will then breath out for 5 seconds, followed by another 5 seconds of holding your breath. Then you will start over again, breathing in for 5 seconds, etc... until you have gone through that cycle 3 times. I will set a timer on my computer to help you time it.
