Seat Belt Laws
- Must have lap and shoulder belt properly adjusted and fastened.
- If only a lap belt, it must be properly adjusted and fastened.
- The driver is responsible to ensure everyone is wearing their seatbelt
- Children under 5 years must use a child car seat
- Children under 12 years old may not be in the front passenger's seat because of the airbag
